# What if the competitor has a lower price as part of a sale or discount?

We’ll consider sale prices, but we don’t match:
• Clearance, run-out, or ex-display items
• Loyalty or membership-only deals
• Products sold below cost or at unusually deep discounts
• Cashback, bundles, or bonus offers
