Dispatch & Delivery Notes

Orders are usually dispatched the next business day.

Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or public holiday will ship the next working day.

Our courier partners do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

While every effort is made to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, road closures, depot congestion).



Reliability

We only partner with established freight providers with strong national coverage and performance.

Instances of lost or significantly delayed freight are extremely rare, but we’ll always work with you and our courier partners to resolve any delivery issues promptly.)
