### How It Works
If you've spotted a better deal on an identical, in-stock item from an Australian retailer, here's what to do:
1. **Show Us the Price:** Provide a current ad, screenshot, or link with the competitor's price.
2. **We Verify:** We'll check that the product is the same and that both we and the competitor have it in stock.
3. **We Match It:** Once confirmed, we'll match the price right then and there.

### What's Covered
* The product must be identical—same brand, model, and specifications.
* The item must be in stock at both the competitor and Roof Racks Galore.
* The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer (online or in-store).
* For online stores, we include the shipping cost when comparing prices.

### Exclusions
While we'll always try to help, we can't match prices in the following cases:
* Cashback, bonus, bundle, or loyalty offers.
* Club, membership-only, or negotiated pricing.
* Clearance, run-out, refurbished, or ex-demo items.
* Grey market or unauthorised sellers (e.g. marketplace or auction sites).
* Pricing errors or obvious misprints.
* Items sold below cost, or at very steep discounts not reflective of standard retail pricing.
* Afterpay or Zip Money purchases (price-matched items must be paid in full at time of purchase).
