How It Works
If you've spotted a better deal on an identical, in-stock item from an Australian retailer, here's what to do:
- Show Us the Price: Provide a current ad, screenshot, or link with the competitor's price.
- We Verify: We'll check that the product is the same and that both we and the competitor have it in stock.
- We Match It: Once confirmed, we'll match the price right then and there.
What's Covered
- The product must be identical—same brand, model, and specifications.
- The item must be in stock at both the competitor and Roof Racks Galore.
- The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer (online or in-store).
- For online stores, we include the shipping cost when comparing prices.
Exclusions
While we'll always try to help, we can't match prices in the following cases:
- Cashback, bonus, bundle, or loyalty offers.
- Club, membership-only, or negotiated pricing.
- Clearance, run-out, refurbished, or ex-demo items.
- Grey market or unauthorised sellers (e.g. marketplace or auction sites).
- Pricing errors or obvious misprints.
- Items sold below cost, or at very steep discounts not reflective of standard retail pricing.
- Afterpay or Zip Money purchases (price-matched items must be paid in full at time of purchase).
