How do I set up an awning?
The setup process of an awning will depend on the type of awning you’ve chosen, but don’t worry, we’re here to help you get it up quickly and securely.
For Pull-Out Awnings:
Start by unzipping the cover and carefully rolling out the awning to your desired length. Next, extend the support legs to the height that suits your needs. The two side poles will then fold out from the awning bag and lock into place. Make sure to secure the canvas to the side poles and use the provided tie-downs to firmly anchor the awning to the ground. This will keep everything stable and secure.
For 180° or 270° Awnings:
The setup is just as straightforward. Unzip the bag, roll out the canvas, and extend the awning arms, which come pre-attached to the canvas. Once fully extended, use the supplied ropes to secure the front and rear of the awning to your vehicle, allowing it to reach full coverage.
If your awning isn’t freestanding or if the weather gets windy, it’s important to lower the support legs for extra stability.
Important Reminder:
Always use the supplied guy ropes to tie down your awning. This prevents wind damage and ensures everyone’s safety, letting you enjoy your outdoor space with peace of mind.
