How do I get a replacement part for my roofbox?

Over time, roof boxes experience fair wear and tear, which can result in parts possibly breaking, or you may need a replacement for a component you have lost. 

Luckily, our suppliers have a simple way to find the required spare part. First, check the model and manufacturer of your Roof Box. This information is usually located on your invoice or sticker inside or underneath the box. This model number is required to ensure the correct spare part is being provided.

If your Roof Box is still under warranty, you may be eligible for a free replacement part. If your roof box is outside of warranty, we recommend checking the spare parts listing through the manufacturers, such as Thule and Yakima. If the part is not listed online, please contact our customer service team with the product details and, if possible, include a description or photo of the part you require.
