In most cases your vehicle will require you to install a Roof Rack system which can be mounted different ways depending on what vehicle you have. There are a few exceptions where your vehicle (such as the Subaru Outback, or Ford Platinum Next-Gen Ranger) will have roof rails that can be unclicked and will swing across the vehicle, becoming Roof Racks. These are called Flick Rails. In this case, your Roof Box can be mounted directly onto these via the Quick Clamps or U-Bolts.
